Jun 19, 2014 I need to tell you how happy I am with my first order. I have been looking around for a quality hemp cord to do my bracelets with for quite some time. My customers never said anything negative about the quality of them but I was not happy with the cord I used. I can't tell you how many different brands I have laying around that I purchased hoping to find a good one. My search is over! Apr 25, 2013 I have ordered from this site three or four times. I really like shopping here. The shipping speeds are amazing and I really like the products you carry. I also really like how for most items the ingredients are listed right on the site. The impression I get is that most of these products are made sustainably as well, which is great! It's a little pricey and I can't afford it all the time, but the sales are pretty good and happen often enough that I can treat myself sometimes. I'm not often a repeat customer for online shopping, normally I find what I'm looking for and that's that. The products listed and the ease of shopping here keep me coming back, and I've even recommended this site to some of my friends. I've never had any issues with anything, so I can't comment on the customer service, but I can imagine it'd be pretty good because of how efficient and smoothly everything else runs. I do have a suggestion for things like the bottled soaps (though I'm not sure how plausible it would be depending on how you get your merchandise). It would be really cool if for bottled products there was a program to send in the empty bottles and get them refilled, either at regular price or discounted (I wouldn't care which) to help promote sustainability. Again, I don't know how plausible it would be, I just thought it would be a good idea to reduce waste and whatnot. Either way I love your site and just wanted to let you know that. December 4, 2006 This was my second order from the Global Hemp Store and I am so happy with this company that I had to write a review. I purchased several items for my family and friends, both food and non-food items, and everything is excellent. As a vegetarian I have few good sources for Omega-3 so hemp seeds are a real God-send for human health because they supply more than any other source in the vegetable world … they are kind of like salmon for vegetarians. Plus the relatively high protein content in hemp seed is extremely significant as an inexpensive source of good-quality protein (in line with soy). However it is hard to find food products in America made with hemp seed. I prefer to buy as much as possible from local suppliers and producers … to help fellow American small business owners! Until hemp can be grown in America I will buy products from our local suppliers. Global Hemp Store is the best I’ve found in my area. I also think that industrial hemp may help revive the American small farmers… so I wanted to help boost demand for other hemp-based products. The oil is good for biodiesel and the fiber is good for housing/building supplies (among many other uses). My husband loves the snack and meal bars. The hemp shakes are nutritionally amazing (and they make great gifts for the health-conscious people in your life!). The shelled hemp seeds are good in recipes (christinacooks.com has several), and everyone who tried the brownies with shelled hemp seeds inside loved them. The hemp oil, soaps, and lotions are amazing … they make my skin feel like I used truly high-end luxury products! I could go on and on, but really everything I got from them (around 30 items or more) is good. The only minor negative might be that there is not an extravagant variety of hemp items for purchase. But it seems to be from the supply side resulting in limited availability to the American public in general so I cant even complain about that! Global Hemp Store offers a lot of high-value and interesting items, at good prices, great turnaround time, and they are so attentive to customers that I will definitely and happily order from them often for many many years to come.
